Key Responsibilities

• Understand engineering drawings, standards, or specifications to determine the type, size, and shape of vessels to be fabricated.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Using various tools and machines such as Guillotine, presses, or welding equipment to shape and assemble parts of the vessel
• Conduct regular inspecting and testing on assembled vessels for leaks or defects, observing hydrostatic and dimensional tests, and conducting visual examinations
• Attaching fittings, valves, or accessories as required by the specific design of the pressure vessel
• Documenting completed work and keeping track of the materials used for inventory and ordering purposes
• Following safety protocols and industry standards to ensure the structural integrity of the pressure vessels

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Installation & Maintenance

• Carry out electrical installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance activities across the site in accordance with current electrical regulations, company standards, and health & safety requirements.
• Install electrical containment systems including tray work, conduit, trunking, and associated support structures.
• Complete electrical wiring, termination, and commissioning of equipment and systems.

Control Panels & Systems

• Wire, modify, and maintain control panels ensuring correct configuration, functionality, and compliance.
• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to complete work accurately.
• Support the installation and upgrading of electrical control systems.

Fault Finding & Repairs

• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently to minimise downtime and production impact.
• Fault-find and maintain single-phase and three-phase electrical circuits.
• Maintain, test, and repair electric motors, drives, and associated equipment.
• Implement remedial and corrective actions to address recurring faults and improve system reliability.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Support additional electrical installation and improvement projects as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving plant efficiency, safety, and reliability.
• Provide technical input into equipment upgrades and modifications.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Work in full compliance with electrical safety regulations, site procedures, and risk assessments.
• Ensure all work activities are carried out safely, including adherence to isolation and permit-to-work systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports relating to electrical work completed.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience working as an Industrial Electrician within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including control panels, motor maintenance, and industrial plant equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Highly skilled in fault finding, diagnostics, and corrective maintenance, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and safely.

Working on a wide range of equipment and systems, you'll utilise your mechanical and electrical expertise to carry out installations, maintenance, breakdowns, and diagnostic works on compressed air systems

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Representative / Supervisor to join our team in Bury St Edmunds. As a Senior Site Representative, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and supervision of mechanical and electrical installation activities on site. Working closely with project managers, engineers, clients, designers and subcontractors, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within specification.

In this role, you will support the successful delivery of projects by coordinating the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring orders are placed, tracked, and delivered in line with project requirements. Working closely with Project Managers, suppliers, and the Finance Manager, you will maintain procurement schedules, manage purchase orders, and help ensure project costs and commitments are accurately recorded. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled engineer with experience in Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) systems to play a key role in delivering projects from initial survey and design through to installation, commissioning, testing, and client handover. Our Infrastructure Central business unit is a thriving, high‑performing division, delivering £30m annual turnover and achieving 10% year‑on‑year growth. As we continue to expand, we are now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our leadership team, based out of our Burton upon Trent office.

About the Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will lead operations within our Energy and Water sector, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient, and commercially robust performance across all projects and sites. You will oversee delivery excellence, operational resilience, customer relationships, and asset optimisation, while driving continuous improvement and strategic growth across the region.

This is a key leadership role, accountable for operational standards, financial performance, team capability, and stakeholder confidence. For the right individual, this position offers a clear progression pathway into an Operations Manager role in the near future.

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Commercial Leadership

• Ensure budgets are met or exceeded.
• Project costs, revenue and GP forecasts are accurate and financial performance metrics are met across your operating unit.
• Co-ordinate internal and external resources to maintain project delivery against scope, schedule and quality benchmarks.
• Support the work-winning functions including bid writing, tender reviews and mark-up meetings.
• Provide leadership and oversight across all project phases to ensure successful outcomes and high professional standards.
• Oversee programme management, ensuring schedules are realistic, monitored and updated, with strong change control and value realisation.

People Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and develop Contract Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, Support staff, Supervisors, Trades and Apprentices.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback and foster a collaborative, high‑performing culture.
• Promote teamwork, communication and skills development across the region.

Safety, Compliance & Quality

• Champion a culture of safety excellence, ensuring full compliance with HSE legislation and environmental frameworks.
• Lead investigations into incidents, non-conformances and near misses, driving corrective and preventative actions.
• Maintain operational readiness for audits, inspections and regulatory reporting.
• Implement quality control processes and ensure service delivery meets company and industry expectations.

Operational Delivery & Asset Management

• Oversee condition, performance and lifecycle planning for energy and water infrastructure assets.
• Maintain accurate asset performance, maintenance and operational risk records.
• Review technical documentation, engineering designs and commissioning plans.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, addressing concerns and driving satisfaction and service improvement.
• Represent the company at regional events, meetings and industry functions.

Strategic & Performance Management

• Align regional operational activities with wider company objectives.
• Support commercial functions with tenders, contract management and cost forecasting.
• Assess supplier performance, negotiate service agreements and oversee procurement of operational resources.
• Drive operational excellence through digital tools, innovation, and process optimisation.
• Implement KPI frameworks, dashboards and performance reporting.
• Lead initiatives to reduce downtime, enhance reliability, improve customer outcomes and support sustainability objectives (energy efficiency, carbon reduction, water conservation).

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Operations Management, Engineering or related field (although not essential).
• Extensive experience in an engineering or operations leadership role.
• Strong understanding of NEC and JCT contract frameworks.
• Experience managing a portfolio of M&E projects preferably within either the Energy or Water sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to plan strategically and manage budgets.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant operational software.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, standards and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on‑site delivery of electrical works, supervising operatives and subcontractors to ensure safe, high‑quality installation.
• Oversee day‑to‑day site activities, ensuring work is delivered in line with programme, specification and project requirements.
• Review and interpret drawings, schematics and technical documents, ensuring compliance and buildability.
• Support coordination of electrical and mechanical packages with wider site teams.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety standards, RAMS and company procedures.
• Assist with preparation of project documentation, reports, commissioning and handover processes.
• Contribute to planning, sequencing and progress meetings, identifying risks and proposing solutions.
• Utilise IT skills to manage documentation, quality processes, and site reporting.
• Represent March professionally on client‑facing projects.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor.
• 18th Edition qualification.
• SSSTS certification (essential).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical & electrical building services.
• Experience of LV power and lighting systems.
• Ability to read drawings and schematics confidently.
• Knowledge of BMS/Controls (advantageous).
• CompEx certification (desirable).
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within large site teams.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Must be resident in and eligible to work in the UK.

Projects will be based across the North of Scotland, including (but not limited to): Highland
Moray, Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, legislation and procedures.
• Installations, inspections and diagnosing problems/faults within commercial heating systems. This includes boilers, pipework, plant and equipment.
• Carry out tasks within agreed timeframes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults, providing effective solutions to minimise downtime.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication to clients and team members. 

Skills and Experiences:

• SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Heating & Ventilation
• ECS / CSCS card
• Welding experience desirable but not essential.
• Commercial Gas Safe qualifications desirable, but not essential.

We are seeking an experienced Heating Supervisor to lead site teams on commercial mechanical projects across the region. This role is responsible for supervising day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

The successful candidate will be a hands‑on leader with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing people and projects.

Projects will be based across the North of Scotland, including (but not limited to): Highland Moray, Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams on commercial heating projects, ensure quality standards, and manage site operations.
• Ensure company H&S standards are implemented and upheld on site including completing and administering all RAMS, TBT’s, Weekly Returns and any other documentation in line with company policies.
• Plan and manage daily site activities, labour, and resources
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and programme
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
• Enforce site health & safety procedures and safe systems of work
• Liaise effectively with Project Managers, contractors, and other trades
• Monitor progress and report on productivity and any issues or delays
• Carry out site inspections, testing coordination, and snagging
• Support and mentor electricians, mates, and apprentices on site
