Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Credit Controller to play a key role in supporting recently acquired businesses into MARCH group. This is an excellent opportunity if you enjoy working in a dynamic, growing organisation.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain customer accounts across multiple entities, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debt
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate invoicing, query resolution and customer communication
- Prepare and present aged debt reports
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a credit control role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of credit management principles, cash allocation and reconciliations
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A team player with a proactive approach
