We are looking for a detail-driven Accounts Payable Senior to join our Finance Team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems and keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Playing an active role in our new ERP system integration, supporting and helping the team adapt to new ways of working
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Act as an escalation point for complex supplier issues and providing guidance to junior team members
- Prepare regular KPI reports for management, highlighting risk, trends and improvement opportunities
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable, with experience operating at a senior level
- Strong understanding of invoice processing, CIS, VAT, and AP controls
- Experience running and reporting on KPIs
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders
